That functionality is not supported by Jira without any plugins. The solution we used was to create Tabs where the specific information is displayed.

So:

Tab1 = Remove + fields

Tab2 = Add + fields

Can you suggest me any plugin for this functionality. If we select Remove the against component section should be enable. If we select Add against component section should be enable
