Hi @erum hannan,

Try the Two Dimensional Filter Statistic gadget of Jira (also available as a macro in Confluence) with a filter that returns the issues from the sprint, configured by Assignee and Status. Unfortunately this gadget cannot split data by more than 2 fields (you would need also a split by Issue Type), but it might be enough for your needs.

If this is not enough, my advice is to search on Atlassian Marketplace for an app that is able to create a multi-dimensional tables.

If you are open to using an app, our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget / macro that can display the info you need.

If you want to give it a try, here is how the gadget should be configured:

You can also use Status field instead of Status Category.

Hope this helps.

Hi Erum,

Would you want to approach this using JQL filter by any chance?
