How to direct external REST API traffic to a dedicated node with Apache load balancer

I have configured Jira Data Center using a Load Balancer with Apache. It is working fine. However I want to send REST API traffic to a dedicated node, but I don't know how to do it. I found the following link in Atlasssian documentation:

But it I need the syntax or an example of the implementation for Apache load balancer.
