Hi there, our Dev and Test teams are trying to find a way to disable what appears to be a new "feature" in Jira.
Simply viewing a ticket will now start an auto download of files and videos attached to the ticket.
How can we disable this?
It is causing massive lag and frustration for the team when viewing tickets and only recently started happening.

It is not a new feature, it is actually a bug tracked as:
Please vote for the above bug ticket and set yourself as a watcher to be updated on the progress. The bug will be addressed according to the Atlassian Cloud bug fix policy.
As a temporary workaround, you may want to add attachments via the old UI by appending below string to the issue url and then refresh the page:
?oldIssueView=true
