Yes, in the email that goes automatically to the assignee (I have the assignee get one through automation), I want the reporter to get the same email. How can I accomplish this?

Not sure if I understood correctly, but if your user that fill the form and submit the request is the same person you don't need to create a rule because he is the information available on the Reporter field.
