How to dynamically set a field based on another field value on Jira cloud

Hi,

I am trying to set a custom field named Teams (type selected list) based on issue assignee.
Is it possible in Jira cloud?

Hi Idith,

If you are using Jira Service Desk, it's possible to use an automation to set a Team based on the assignee:

Otherwise, if you want to have this rule on a Software or Business project, you will have to use an add-on called Automation lite for Jira Cloud:
