Maybe a very simple question - when creating users, I can't find a field to edit the users' "full name". And, I obviously can't edit the full name afterwards because the field is greyed out in the "Edit" dialog window.
So how to change the user's full name? It's not acceptable that the user's full name, by default, is his/her email address.
Thanks!
Rudi
We had to add the Organization as a managed account. After that, I am able to change the Full Name - but it's a different path.

Even though I see the new name and I saved and the system says it was saved, old name still shows.

How are you creating users? Is it through syncing with an active directory or just directly create on JIRA.
If you are creating user through JIRA, you can go to Admin > User Management. Click on the user you want to change the Full name. On the right hand side there should be an "Action" button. Click on it and choose "Edit Details".
Or you can have your user edit their full name by themselves by going to their Profile on the top right.

Thanks! I found the "Edit" button in the User Management, however, the field "Full name" is greyed out. The user is not logged in, and I'm logged in as Admin.

Is this on cloud? It looks like your users are syncing from an external directory (G Suite, ...). Can you confirm this?
