Hi!

I've already enabled a user to edit and move tickets in the authorization settings but he still can't do it.

Error message : "You are not enabled to change the status of this task"...

Any clue?

Thanks !Capture d’écran 2020-05-07 à 13.44.59.pngModifier_les_autorisations_-_Jira.png

Hi @Charlotte Zoller ,

From the error it is throwing, it could also be that you need transition permission granted. I have been bitten by that one before and, with an edit/move, it can often include a change in status (transition)

Hello @Charlotte Zoller

The first screenshot and the second are not related. The first screen is about the workflow so you need to look at the transition issue permission and not the move issue permission.

Move issue means change the project where the issue belong not the ability to move the issue throught the workflow using transition name

Hi @Charlotte Zoller ,

I think you should check for the validators for the workflow you are using.
