How to enable filters from private to Public in jira 7.13 version

Hi Team

we are migrating the  jira from server to Data Center, while migrating we are getting Private filters errors,In the jira 7.13 version we can see only shared filters options, we can search globally shared filters option visible,private filters unable see in the Jira 7.13 version as  a jira admin,How to change the private filter to public,could you please help on this issue.

Have you tried adding dark features before migrating / upgrading your Jira version ?

Hi @Naresh k 

You should not face this issue from Server to DC as it's just matter of license update. Are you moving to Cloud ?

Public vs Private filters depends on the share permission you apply to each filter. I think you have to change the permisison on every filter.

Best way to do it is to use a script using scriptrunner if you have this option.

Thanks for the quick response, we are moving the data from Jira 7.13V to Jira8.5 by using project configurator plugin, I am facing the issue users are created the own filters, But I am unable to see in jira7.13V,we are tried to change the filters from private to public.

The private filters not showing in shared filters option. I have shared the screenshot ,while migrate the Jira we are getting errors.

Could you please give me suggestions and do you have any scripts for change the filters from private to public.
