How to enable parallel sprints in JIRA? Can someone help?

We have a project that two teams are working on and we need to enable two sprint boards for the same project..we are following LESS framework

Hi @jebymathew,

1. This is a feature in Jira that must be activated under Jira Software configuration. You can find more details here. Please note that you must be a Jira Admin or System Admin to make those changes. 
2. In the permissions scheme, either your name, a role or a group you are part of should be listed under manage sprint permission.
3. Is there a reason you want separate boards? You can create swimlanes based on assignees, projects and/or queries. That's easier on the eye and keeps the issues more organized.

@Barbara Escobar We're having the same issue. We check the "parallel sprints" option, but it doesn't save. In fact none of the changes on the Jira Software Configuration screen save: if I uncheck an option that's checked, then go to another screen & come back, the option is checked again. Is that similar to what's happening for you?
