How to enable the other fields based on the custom field dropdown item selection?

I am very new to Jira Administration, posses basic administration skillset, I need help on the below requirement.

I have a dropdown custom field with the requirements such as Password unlock, user creation, group addition etc.

When the user select an option user creation, I need only user and group fields displayed on the Jira screen.

On the Other hand, If Caller selects Group addition, then the Group name field alone needs to be displayed in the screen.

Please guide me with the approach to acheive this requirement.
