The Control Chart report is displayed but no option to extract data. It would be great to extract information into an excel sheet and work with it.

Hi @Kashif, Muhammad,

As you can see, at this moment it is not possible to export the Jira's Control Chart report data in Excel.

But, if you consider the option of using a plugin from Atlassian Marketplace, our Great Gadgets app offers a Control Chart gadget which is similar to the Jira's report but it is more configurable and provides additional functionalities.

The gadget can display a Data tab with the cycle time for every issue, which can be exported in CSV for further processing in Excel.

Hello @Kashif, Muhammad

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! :)

I wanted to share some information about how our data works in reports. The data you see is calculated on the fly when reports are generated, so it isn't stored as a static value with each issue. Because of this, exporting this data directly to a file or retrieving it through issue searches isn't currently possible.

However, we understand that this feature would be really helpful! We have a feature request in place to address this. You can check it out here:

We would love your support in making this happen! By upvoting the suggestion, you can help our product team see how important it is to you and others.
