How to extract all present day tickets in CVS file.

Hi Community,

i have been trying to extract the present day all status tickets to make a analysis over the SLA achieved. Kindly please help for the same.

You can set up a JQL search to provide the results you wish to export. So if you want every issue in your entire instance use - project is not empty. If you want all issue for a specific project then use - project = abc. Once you have the desired list then if you are on cloud use the “best” method below. If on server use the export.

Using a JQL query you will be presented with a result within the 'Issue Navigator'.
