How to file an error?

I like to report an error:

When logging work there is an annoying error. The field 'Worked' is blanked to 0h after quick input after selection of the first field (issue). I have to wait a bit  before pasting in my time. There is something going on in the background that reset this field after selection of issue. This lead to an unhappy user.

If you are experiencing bugs in the system, you can report those to Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

If the bugs appears in addons, contact the respective addon supplier - you find their contact information in the marketplace under the "support" tab for the addon.
