How to find all tickets created using create button in project X

Could anyone propose the JQL query for this instance, please? Thank you:)

Hi John thank you for your prompt reply. I did not say this is the exact question from the certification however this is a similar one. Hope you understand just want to get the right knowledge and understanding of the JQL in JSM and get the right answer.

Could you recommend the best source to get some help with a few other questions I can't figure out myself? I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

So a couple of things here. First it appears that this is JSM even though it's posted in the JSW collection. Second, generally speaking seeking answers to certification questions is not appropriate use of the community. With that said here is some input for you. With JSM you can query the channel used to create a request. The types/values include: email, Jira, portal, widget if I recall correctly (can't access my instances at the moment). What you are looking for is "Jira". One thing to be clear of however, depending on the JSM project type, an agent can "raise a request" on behalf of a customer within the application. Both "raise a request" and "Create" fall under the "Jira" channel type.
