How to find inactive users of a project in JIRA?

Hi,

Is it possible to retrieve the list of inactive users for a particular project? We define inactive users of a project who have not perform ALL of the following for a certain period of time:

> create issue

> update any issue fields (simple & custom fields)

> commented an issue

> current assignee

> as watcher of an issue
