How to fix TO DO transition and remove the (2)

Issue: The transition name when going from any status to "To Do" is listed as "To Do (2)."

Desired State: The transition name when going from any status to "To Do" should be called "To Do."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create either a Bug or User Story in the CS - Salesforce Project space (you don't have to actually save the new record to see this in action)
2. Transition the status to "Qualified"
3. Click to transition the status again, and see "To Do (2)" is listed as the transition name

We are using company-managed projects.

Hi @Diatta Harris 

You will need to go to the workflow for that issue type and edit it. Find the transition that is To Do (2), click on it, and on the pop-up that shows up click edit. From there you can update the name of the transition.
