How to followup with a sprint progress in 'Story Points' per assignee

Hello there Everyone,

I'm looking for a way to follow a sprint's evolution and progress is "Story points" while having the data for every assignee in that spring, something similar to the picture attached.

I can see the sprint summary in the backlog,
Is there a way to change the "Remaining Time Estimate" in story points too?  That would do it.
