How to generate a jira ticket from Forms of Confluence

I have created a Forms in confluence and getting that requests via email but i want those ticket to be created in Jira tickets in our particular board

As far as I know, Forms for Confluence doesn't support Jira issue creation through form submission yet, but please check with the vendor directly for more details :)
