Hi there,

I would like to know if there is a way to generate user workload report for all the users working in multiple projects across the organization.

Currently, I see the report is generated only for a specified user and per project. And that too is available only on Jira Classic and not on Jira NextGen.

Is there a way to generate a consolidated report for all the users distributed across various projects?

Hi,

native Jira does not give you the option to create worklog reports for a collection of users (teams e.g.). You would need an extra timesheet reporting tool like Timesheets or EazyBI.

Hi @Manasa_Bhagi - Have you tried the following plugin named Jira Assistant? This is a free and opensource plugin available as a browser extension which can help you to extract Worklog report from Jira. Speciality about it is you need not install it in Jira Server. You can just install it in your browser and integrate with Jira within seconds. Their are no limits in selecting the time frame or number of users.

@Shridhar The plugin looks good. I have a related question, would this plugin apply to a Kanban Team? Kanban Teams do not use Sprints and hence what time scale would the worklog report be produced in?

Hi @Inderpreet Kaur - Yes, you can pull worklog report based on Date range as well. Its not just based on sprint. There are multiple other configuration as well which can be used to pull / filter / format the worklogs.

Hi , There are many time tracking addons that you can find here : Time tracking

Our customers really like the Team Timesheets functionalities of Timescale

You select a team or individual users from all across your organization and you see their detailed timesheets, like this:
