Jira learning part for beginners
Start with the simplest, first know the platform, what the product is for, what you can do with it, its functionalities and learn how to use it.
Then when you gain skill you can deepen your knowledge further.

Hi Vincent,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
In addition to the great advise of Milan please kindly review also the quite new content here on Community to get started.
By the feedback of some colleagues I heard that this series is a convenient way to get started.
A more "guided" way is the content available from https://training.atlassian.com/free-training-catalog. I'd suggest starting with "Cloud 101" - all of the material is free and each of the courses are perfect for building up basic knowledge of Jira.
In case of any further questions you always can ask here in community, too - a great team of people is here to help - bringing in their great knowledge.
Happy studying :-)
Cheers,
Daniel

Hi @Vincent Emhiomonre ,
I would highly recommend you to start here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/getting-started/basics#step-1-create-a-project
The tutorial takes you through step-by-step explaining everything about JIRA and you have try the same by creating a free trial for cloud and have hands-on understanding of each concept.
Thanks,
Milan
