Im trying to export the email address to the xporter file for a user picker field and i was unable to get the email address exported into Xporter file.

when im trying to export it gives me in this format

6137ac2971a7e700771458b8

 i'm expecting in this format firstname.lastname@domain.com

Tried the below and its not working Facilitator is the userpicker field in my instance.

  1. ${fullname:Facilitator}
  2. ${emailaddress:Facilitator}
  3. ${fullname:Facilitator}
  4. ${emailaddress:Facilitator}
  5. ${emailaddress:Facilitator}

Hi Sam,

That's the accountID for the user.

The Jira smart value for the email will look something like:

{{facilitator.emailAddress}}

Not sure about exporting it, but you could use that in an automation rule that sends an email.

Can you show some screenshots? I don't think you will be able to use the smart value above for a filter to export, if that is what you are trying to do.
