How to get this view?

I am using the cloud version of Jira.

One of my team member when viewing an issue is having this view, notice the Esitmate field and the side icons of the issue:

When I view it, using the exact URL, this is what I am seeing:

Notice that the view above is quite different than mine, how do I get the 1st view?

For my case, I figure it out later, it's the new view I was using:

Turning that one off brings me back to the 1st view.
