How to go ot the admin panel?

Where in the ui is the configuration link, to get into the admin panel.

Need to customize Jira tickets fields

Hi Leo,

It's the gear icon in the top right. 

If you don't see it, you don't have system or project admin permissions and will need to ask your admin for help.

Thanks Josh, i saw the icon.
Now i want to add into the tickets the Operational Condition field, and i can't find how to do it under "field" panel.

Any idea?
