When I hit Create Issue, the Project drop down defaults to the last project I selected in the dialog, not the project of the board I'm looking at.
So let's say I'm on a Kanban board for project Foo, and I hit Create Issue. I select "Foo" for the project, fill out the other fields, and hit Create.
Now I navigate to a board for project Bar. I hit Create Issue. Project drop down is defaulted to Foo, presumably because it's the last value I selected in that dialog.
However, I would find it far more useful to my workflow to have it default to the project of the board I am on (now "Bar").
Is there a configuration setting somewhere to fix this behavior?
when I navigate between projects if I click create it always shows me the current project hey jo Jo stop. Maybe these boards you are accessing or not associated to the project possibly or maybe I'm doing something different.
Hi @Brian Sayatovic !
I do not think it is possible. By default when you hit Create Issue project and issue type are chosen to be the same as you created the last time. And it makes sense.
Moreover, what about the situation when you cannot create issues (do not have enough permissions) in the project you are browsing right now? So it rises certain difficulties.
P.S. It may be quite handy though, I agree.
