How to hide story form the sprint but leave subtasks

Hi,

For my Kanban backlog, I have the option to "Display epics in a panel in the backlog, and not as cards on the board" under Board Settings | Columns.

I'd like the same option for my Scrum backlog.  Is this possible?

You can just make a quick filter that removes the stories?

As far as I know there is no toggle function for it since the stories are designed to be the work orders and subtasks checklists by the assignee to break down the steps to solve the story.
