How to import JIRA issues using a CSV file which has attachments?

I've been trying to import issues using a CSV file. But getting this error code when trying to import CSV files with few attachments. 

Unparseable date: "22/Nov/22 5:37 PM"

Is there any way that attachments can be imported using a CSV?

This error "Unparseable date: "22/Nov/22 5:37 PM" seems to be related with the incorrect format of the date. Could you please validate Date format before field mapping and update the Date format in CSV file accordingly? It would be good if you can validate date and time format from Gear > system> under Look and Feel "complete date and time format". 

If you face challenges like attachment is not loading post import , the format of the attachment url need to be formatted as mentioned in https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/importing-attachments-into-jira-cloud-using-csv-external-system-importer-966669960.html
