How to import a custom fields ?

Hi

I tried to import a backup JIRA (XML format) on the new JIRA plateforme, but I have a problem with the custom fields (Sprint), it not imported !

So I can't create a filter by sprint !

it worked well for the attachments, issues, ... except the custom fields !

Is it possible to backup and restore all jira fields ?

Yes, it is possible. I suggest you try Configuration Manager for Jira - an app which allows you to move/merge/copy existing project configurations from one Jira instance to another.
