How to import a single project into Jira OnDemand?

I need to move a single project from another instance to JIRA OnDemand, without displacing existing projects.

How do I do this?

I'm afraid that there is no Project Importer on OnDemand as per OnDemand restricted functions

As a workaround you could export into a local instance, perform the import and import back to OnDemand. Basically it is like How to Merge Two JIRA OnDemand instances
