How to import cvs file data into jira as per status like

open ->open

in progress->in prgogress

Completed -> Completed

Closed ->closed

etc..

Please help me

Hi Gayathri

You should refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/creating-issues-using-the-csv-importer-765593817.html for the overview of how to create issues using CSV. Remember the person doing the import is required to be an administrator.

For the specific purpose of importing a status you need to have a column in your csv with the data and then map that to Status during the import. If you do not have exactly the same descriptions you can also select a mapping for the field values.
