How to import extend data from structure to dashboard

Hi all,

I've created a JIRA structure using filter and extend options (sub-tasks) and a new view.

All the information is appearing in the JIRA dashboard except the extend data, and I need the subtasks per each JIRA item in the dashboard.

Do you know how to solve this issue?

Welcome to the Community!

You could check the dashboard gadget and make sure that there are not any Filters applied to it that would remove the sub-tasks.

If there are no filters, it will be best to work with our support team directly via support@almworks.com or through our customer portal support.almworks.com.

Hi David,

I've reviewed the filter added to the structure and this one doesn't remove the subtasks. I can see the subtasks in the structure because I've added "extend" subtasks, however they are removed when I've added the structure gadget in the dashboard.

I will raise a ticket to the customer portal.
