How to import pivotal tracker into JIRA

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Raising requests on behalf of customers

We want to import data to JIRA from Pivotal Tracker.  Tried .CSV but was only able to bring limited data.

Below are the error:

JIRA -JIRA v7.1.0

I am facing issue in proxy setting of JIRA application.

Error:

Cannot login to Pivotal Tracker site: java.net.UnknownHostException: www.pivotaltracker.com

this is the error we are facing. we are struck with this issue.

can you please provide the solution asap.
