How to import the bugs from the bugzilla to JIRA i need help?

Hello support

I want to export all the bugs from bugzilla to jira with all the component (Attachment, Bus description, summary etc.). Can you please help me out?

Hi Shivendra,

This can be done but you will need to first import the bugs from Bugzilla into a self-hosted instance of JIRA to perform the conversion of the Bugzilla data into JIRA data, then you can export the data from the self-hosted instance into your JIRA OnDemand instance but you can't import directly from Bugzilla into JIRA OnDemand without first converting the data in a self-hosted JIRA instance.
