How to include all bug with any status including self-defined in backlog?

I have self-defined 2 status for the issue, but  in the backlog field, seems the self-defined status bugs is not shown in backlog.

Hi @Yongbo.Cao ,

In general, you're probably not matching the status to the correct column.

Hi @Yongbo.Cao  Not exactly clear what you are calling as backlog field. I assume you are saying status field with Backlog value. Bugs is not a status. It is an issue type. Bug might have a different workflow than your other issue types and that could be the reason some statuses are not showing for Bugs.
