When I export the Jira ticket to a word document, the checklists of that ticket are not included. How to fix this issue?

I tried printing the ticket, still no checklists in it.

Hey @Deepa Venkata Balasubramanian

Welcome to community.

When you mention checklists, are you referring to using action items (like checkboxes in comments), or are you using a specific checklist plug-in?

If you're using Jira's native action items, those usually appear as bullet points when you export the issue to Word.

On the other hand, if you're using a plug-in, most checklist apps don't include the checklist content in the export, at least based on my own testing. That said, it might depend on the specific app you're using.

I'm part of the vendor team for Didit Checklists for Jira, and while exporting checklists directly from the issue view isn’t currently supported, we do offer the ability to export individual checklists—or even multiple checklists at once as PDFs.

You can alternatively, copy and paste our checklists from Jira issues on to Confluence if you intend to use it for documentation.

Let me know if you’d like help with that.
