Our project roadmap cannot be displayed and the error shows this is due to limit of 500 epics. What are the solutions to this?
Hi @Vedika Chandel ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Unfortunately, you can't edit this settings. Atlassian suggests "If you see that your project is reaching above this limit, you can try to close epics and issues no longer required within that project. ".
Here the related ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-20432
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Thanks @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ for sharing that.
Through my research, I have found that, another possible solution can be to search for issues created from a specified due date using advance filters. Please confirm me in that.

Hi @Vedika Chandel!
This is something that we handle in minware if you are open to 3rd party solutions. Our plug and play dashboard combines version control, ticketing, and calendar data to automate reporting and we have just launched a new predictive roadmap.
Our roadmap can be broken down by epic, or task assignee, and you can expand each epic to view the progress of stories or tasks if that is of interest to you.
We offer a free trial if you would like to check it out!
