How to install AtlassianPluginSDK on a drive that isn't C.

I just installed the OracleSDK and AtlassianSDK all on another drive that isn't C, yet when I try the atlas-run command, it won't recognize unless it's on drive C, is there any thing is installation other than archive path that I have to change? Even the JAVA_HOME is on another drive.

Check if:

• environment variable ATLAS_HOME is properly set;
• environment variable PATH contains ${ATLAS_HOME}/bin value.
