I created a virtual machine and am trying to install jira using an old lifetime license to use on my local network. Support for this license ended on "May 23, 2021", so I can't use versions later than that date, so far ok, I downloaded without version 8.12.3, installed and licensed problems, but it doesn't have the scrum part, i had jira software license, the screen shows that : Jira Software is licensed but not installed.
When clicking the "Install" button, it does not install, the message appears: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information."
How can I install Jira Software and use my old version?
@sobrito ,
Looks like the error you have is similar to this post. Check this post out and see if it solves your issue:

Thank you very much,
There was no need to follow the other tutorial, I downgraded linux (from debian 11 -> 9), downgraded postresql (from 13 -> 9.6), installed a newer version of jira ( 8.12.3 -> 8.16. 1). The license was activated and the jira software installed and I was very satisfied!
