How to integrate JIRA with Ivanti(Landesk)

Do we have any integrators available to integrate Ivanti and JIRA , The requirement   is to create automatic tickets in JIRA from a Landesk ticket, which captures all information in JIRA ticket and also send back the updates and state changes to Landesk ticket.

I haven't use it, but I know the company that sells the app, we were using the app to integrate with other third-party apps such as Salesforce.
