I'd like to find the way of integration with Splunk and Jira for the following purpose, but I couldn't find any good app or add-on for this purpose. Are there any recommended way for this integration?

(data flow: Splunk -> Jira)
1.raise an incident ticket on Jira for each Splunk alerts by sending data from Splunk to Jira
2.update or close each incident ticket if Splunk alerts would be updated/closed
(data flow: Jira -> Splunk)
3.send Jira's ticket status for service management and monitoring
We're looking to do the same.
