I have 2 boards
Development and UAT boards and they shared one workflow
I thought that the dashboard will pass through the two boards since they are in the same workflow
However, the dashboard is treating the development board the Done Development as Done instead instead of Done "DONE" in the UAT board
Is there a chance that I can get the "Done" of the UAT board instead of the Done Development of the development board in the dashboard?
Thanks for your help in advance :)
Hi @Mike Villanueva !
If you would be interested in using an external app for reporting, you can check out eazyBI.
In eazyBI, you could customize which statuses you would like to report on. For example, here is a demo board with Kanban report examples in eazyBI: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/41359-kanban.
Please let me know if you have further questions regarding this!

Hi Mike,
Typically, gadgets are based on a filter and it is the filter that determines which issues will show up. Boards are also based on filters, which are more than likely different, which means different issues show up on them.
So, you will need to create/use a filter for the gadget that includes all of the cards used by the filters on both boards.

It depends on how you've set up the boards and what you're using for reporting in the dashboard.
A not unusual way to handle a (almost certainly not-quite-)agile process where things are done by different teams is what I imagine you have set up.
Let's say your workflow is:
Open -> in dev -> dev done -> in uat -> done
Your development board is mapped:
And your test board is
That's fine for tracking across the two teams, but the dashboard probably does not know which "done" column to consider as your overall "done".
What gadget(s) are you using in the dashboard here?
