How to know the way that a ticket is opened to apply correct background to the webpanel (dark mode)

when I open a ticket from backlog page or from filter page, the surface background is 

`elevation.surface`, but when I open a ticket from Active Sprints view, it's opened in a dialog and the surface background is `elevation.surface.overlay`. Thus, I can't choose the same background color as at parent element. How can I know where webpanel is placed and what background of that element?

As an option, I can parse the top URL and check:
- if searchArgs includes 'modal' or 'selectedIssue'
- if pathName includes 'board'
