How to leave the default configure field for everyone

In the Jira we created the fields that we normally use as a customized configuration and now everyone has the power to choose the fields when creating a task we have how to leave these fields as the new standard and they all appear on the screen without having to configure?

welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Like Trudy said this is a personal choice that is additionally given to the users.
The question behind it should be why you are about to change the representation/the behaviour of the fields.

Assuming want several fields to be filled out you could make them "required" using Field Configuration.
This would mean: even if somebody is clicking away the field if won't do much as the field is required.

Happy if you could describe why you want Jira to behave like you described - for a better understanding.
Possibly then there is an alternative solution one suggests from here.

You can not do that. Users have the option to change the fields that are displayed when creating an issue.

There is a suggestion for Atlassian to allow the option to be disabled.
