How to let a field editable ONLY if a specific is set

Hi, 

I would like to know if it is possible to let a field editable ONLY if a data has been selected on a "select list custom field".

For example:

• I am on the Issue view, on my field "Category" the option "Computer" is selected I can modify a user picker field in my issue view. However, if telephone is selected I can't modify the user picker field

We have scriptrunner,

I believe you can install Behaviours for Scriptrunner cloud to accomplish this. It's a free app for Scriptnner users :)
