How to let anonymous users to view the project in JIRA?

I've read solutions where I should grant access for Anonymous user group. But I don't have this group at all. I use the Russian version of the product.

It is not anonymous it is anyone.

image.pngOk, I made it. But it still doesn't allow for non-registered users to view this project. Also if I try to log in with non-licensed Atlassian account, it doesn't allow me to view it.

It should not let you log in with a non-licensed account - as it is not licensed!  (And would not be "anonymous" anyway, as you've told it who you are)

The setting "browse: group: anyone" works for me too on Cloud, so I'm a bit stuck on what to do, like Alexey.
