How to make a Script in JIRA to send the mail

Can someone please share a script in JIRA to send the mail For eg

If Project= "ABC" and TYPE = "XYZ" and Status = "In Progress" then send the mail to following receipients with below draft

1) mailidA@XXX.com

2)mailidB@XXX.com

Format of the mail

Dear customer,

Please reveiw the mail which you received.
