How to make a board public and searchable for all team members with new jira

The new jira changed many things.

I'm trying to figure out how can I create a board for the team members so they can find it easily. I was led to believe that I should do by changing the location of the board, but when I try to do so, the only option for location is my profile.

note: I'm a site admin and a project admin - using cloud.

Hi Tom, how are you?

A board is available to all users who can view the *saved filter* on which the board is based. (Note that they will also need 'Browse' project permission for the project(s) whose issues are shown on the board. See Permissions overview for more information.) So that might be the cause why other users can't see that board.
