No, a Software project isn't really expected to be doing Customer Satisfaction, they're expected to be driven by the Product Owner working closely with the team, and being the person talking to the "customer".
But there's good uses for it if you're not working as Software is built for, you'll just need to add something that can do it - I'd take a look at the Surveys for Jira app which is a bit more generalised than customer satisfaction, but includes full csat functionality. There are some others in the marketplace, but this is one that does csats off-the-shelf
