Hi!
How to measure slowness of Cloud installation?
We are working from different offices from Russia, Poland, China and Turkey.
It will be good to know the accepted response time
Hi @Юлия Усова
is there a current issue you are trying to solve regarding performance of the product(s) you are using?
For example, do you experience a slowdown in using Jira or Confluence?
If so, there is a lot of things you could check according to the following article:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/jira-or-confluence-cloud-instance-is-running-slowly-691011837.html
In case you want to describe your usecase further somebody from Community is even more likely to say something specific.
Cheers,
Daniel
Hi @Юлия Усова ,
If you want to monitor web performance there are a number of tools out there that can help. I'd recommend to google and evaluate some of those. I found this one e.g., that looks interesting: https://www.tek-tools.com/apm/web-monitoring-tools-and-tips

Hi ... Not sure if there's something on the app itself. Generally, regardless of the application, I usually would check with my end-users to get the response time off their browser to see the time it took to send the action and the time to respond to the browser. There could be various factors to response time. Could be network or system performance. It's better to check from the client side.
