I am trying to measure the average time between an Issue Ticket is create vs the date from the SW version was released
For example:
SW ver 1.01 - Released on JAN/01/2020
Issue 001 raised on JAN/02/2020 - Days passed: 1
Issue 002 raised on JAN/03/2020 - Days passed: 2
Issue 002 raised on JAN/06/2020 - Days passed: 5

Average Days passed: (1+2+5) / 3 = 2.66
I already tried to use easyBI. It worked, but it has several "crashing tool" problems
